Abstract:Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin in Xiaochuan Tablets. Method:The chromatographic column was Yuexu XB- C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase is acetonitrile- 0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (gradient elution), the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength is 210 nm, and the column temperature is 30 ℃ . Results: The mass concentrations of ephedrine hydrochloride, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin were 11.552-57.76 μg/mL (r=0.999 5),7.664-38.32 μg/mL (r=0.999 6),32.348-161.74 μg/mL (r=0.999 9). The linear relationship between peak area and the range is good. The average recoveries were 99.6% , 99.2% and 99.7% , respectively, with RSDs of 0.35% , 0.41% and 0.28% (n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Xiaochuan Tablets.
