Abstract: Objective: To observe the application effect of medical care integration on the implementation process of Chinese medicine nursing path for patients after anorectal surgery. Methods:A total of 200 patients after anorectal surgery were divided into two groups according to random number method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine nursing under the guidance of medical care integration. The indexes of early postoperative recovery, including first defecation time, first urination time and first time to get out of bed, incidence of postoperative complications, including pain, constipation and urinary retention, average length of hospital stay, satisfaction of patients, and compliance were observed and compared. Results: The first defecation time, first urination time, first time to get out of bed and postoperative complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant (P<0.05). The average length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of hospital stay was 98.0% in the observation group and 89.0% in the control group, differences being significant (P<0.05). The compliance of Chinese medicine nursing technique was 99.0% in the observation group and 86.0% in the control group, the difference being significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Using Chinese medicine nursing path under the guidance of medical care integration can improve the satisfaction and compliance with Chinese medicine nursing technology of patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, promote rehabilitation, and shorten the length of hospital stay.
