Abstract： Objective： Based on CiteSpace software， to visually analyze the research hotspots and development trends in the field of coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome， so as to provide some reference for future research in this field. Methods：The research literature on blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease included in the database of CNKI from the establishment of the database to March 2022 were retrieved. The CiteSpace software was used to draw a visual knowledge map of the annual publication，keyword co-occurrence，clustering and emergence of the literature. Results：A total of 1 683 articles were finally included， and the annual published amount showed an upward trend. The high- frequency and high central keywords were angina pectoris， qi deficiency and blood stasis， qi stagnation and blood stasis， etc. The emergent intensity of clinical efficacy， cardiac function， heart failure， and blood lipid have continued to this day. Conclusion： The research in the field of blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease continues to develop. Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome are important research syndrome types in the field. The characteristics of biomarkers are the research focus in the field， and the combination of anxiety and depression is the research frontier in the field.
