Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Yinxingye Tablets combined with Risperidone Tablets on schizophrenia. Methods：A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia were selected as subjects，and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method，with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Risperidone Tablets，and the observation group was additionally treated with Yinxingye Tablets based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects， scores of Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) and scores of Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status (RBANS) were compared between the two groups. Results：Before treatment，there was no significant difference in the total score of PANSS and scores of positive symptoms， negative symptoms and general pathological symptoms between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment， the total score of PANSS and the scores of positive symptoms， negative symptoms and general pathological symptoms in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)， and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference in the scores of visual span，speech function，attention，immediate memory and delayed memory in RBANS between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment，the scores of visual span，speech function，attention，immediate memory and delayed memory in RBANS were increased in the two groups when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)，and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Yinxingye Tablets combined with Risperidone Tablets has a good clinical effect on the treatment of schizophrenia， which can effectively improve the neurocognitive function of patients.
