    目的:通过数据挖掘对国家专利数据库治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的中药配伍规律进行研究,为临床 治疗和新药研发提供思路。方法:检索国家专利数据库自建库以来至2022 年10 月27 日为止治疗甲状腺功能 亢进症的中药复方发明专利,通过使用Microsoft Excel 建立组方数据库,用IBM SPSS Statistics 26 和IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 软件对符合条件的数据进行关联规则分析、聚类分析和数据挖掘。结果:筛选出治疗甲状腺 功能亢进症的复方专利91 条,涉及中药318 味,其中高频中药有夏枯草(45 次,49.45%),柴胡(34 次, 37.36%),浙贝母(33 次,36.26%),昆布(33 次,35.16%),海藻(30 次,32.97%),主要归属肝经、肺 经,药性以寒为主,药味以苦、甘、辛为主,关联规则分析得出药物9 组,聚类分析分为4 类。结论:中药复 方专利治疗甲状腺功能亢进症应紧扣“气”“痰”“火”“瘀”的病机特点,其中药治疗的基础方可考虑用白 芍、地黄、柴胡、黄芪、夏枯草、浙贝母、牡蛎,基础药对可考虑陈皮-香附,昆布-海藻,玄参-黄药子。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:Objective:To study the compatibility law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism in the national patent database through data mining, and provide ideas for clinical treatment and new drug research and development. Methods: The invention patents of Chinese herbal compounds for treating hyperthyroidism from the establishment of the national patent database to October 27, 2022 were retrieved. The prescription database was established by using Microsoft Excel, and the qualified data were analyzed by association rules, cluster analysis and data mining using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software. Results: A total of 91 compound patents were screened for the treatment of hyperthyroidism, involving 318 Chinese medicines, of which the highfrequency Chinese medicines were Prunellae Spica (45 times,49.45%),Bupleuri Radix (34 times,37.36%), Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus (33 times, 36.26% ), Laminariae Thallus Eckloniae Thallus (33 times, 35.16%),and Sargassum (30 times,32.97%),which mainly belonged to the liver and lung meridians. The drug properties were mainly cold, and the drug flavors were mainly bitter, sweet and pungent. The association rule analysis obtained 9 groups of drugs,and the cluster analysis was divided into 4 categories. Conclusion: The treatment of hyperthyroidism with patented Chinese herbal compound should closely follow the pathogenesis characteristics of "qi", "phlegm", "fire" and "blood stasis". The basis of the drug treatment can be considered to use Paeoniae Radix Alba, Rehmanniae Radix, Bupleuri Radix, Astragali Radix,Prunellae Spica,Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus and Ostreae Concha,and the basic drug pairs can be considered to use Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium- Cyperi Rhizoma, Laminariae Thallus Eckloniae Thallus- Sargassum,and Scrophulariae Radix-Dioscorea Bulbifera.
