Abstract：Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is still a serious global public health problem，and Blocking vertical transmission of HBV still has a certain failure rate，which may be related to the unclear mechanism of HBV intrauterine infection and the lack of effective blocking measures. The combination，development and application of system biology，chronic hepatitis B and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes provide means and ideas for the study of HBV intrauterine infection mechanism. From the perspective of gene， protein and metabolism， the intrauterine transmission mechanism of different syndrome classification is discussed from different histological levels，with a view to finding a solution to the current dilemma from the combination of TCM syndrome and systems biology of chronic hepatitis B.
