Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of auricular point seed-pressing method combined with Flurbiprofen Axetil for pain after percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Methods: A total of 90 cases of patients with pain after percutaneous nephrolithotomy were divided into the trial group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Flurbiprofen Axetil Injection, and the trial group was additionally treated with auricular point seedpressing method based on the treatment of the control group. The scores of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. After treatment, the recovery situation including the recovery time of bowel sounds, the first exhaust time, and the time of the first outof- bed activity were compared in the two groups. The clinical effects, patient satisfaction, and incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate and patient satisfaction in the trial group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The recovery time of bowel sounds, the first exhaust time, and the time of the first out-of-bed activity in the trial group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores in two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the VAS scores in the trial group at different time points after operation were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Auricular point seed-pressing method combined with Flurbiprofen Axetil is effective in the treatment of pain after percutaneous nephrolithotomy, which can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative pain, and improve gastrointestinal function and patient satisfaction, with high safety.
