Abstract： This paper summarizes Prof. CAO Danong's experience of using Wenjing Decoction to improve the reproductive status of elderly women. “The unblocking of conception vessel and the exuberance of thoroughfare vessel” are the necessary condition for female reproductive health. CAO uses Wenjing Decoction to warm， clear， disperse and supplement， and this can achieve the concomitant treatment of cold， heat， deficiency and excess. CAO successfully integrates "making conception vessel and thoroughfare vessel exuberant" and "making conception vessel and thoroughfare vessel unblock" perfectly into a decoction，and constructs the pregnancy state of "unblocking and exuberance of conception vessel and thoroughfare vessel"，which improves the reproductive status of elderly women.
