Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Xihuang Naofu Xiaoyu Decoction combined with super-early soft channel minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:A total of 72 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group. All patients were treated with super- early soft channel minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation. The control group was treated with routine treatment such as liquefier and antibiotics after operation,the observation group was additionally treated with Xihuang Naofu Xiaoyu Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for four weeks. Before and after treatment,the improvement of intracranial hematoma and perilesional edema were compared between the two groups. The scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) in 7 and 14 days after operation were compared between the two groups. The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was compared between the two groups. Results:The effective rate was 80.56% in the observation group and 52.78% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the volumes of intracranial hematoma and perilesional edema in the two groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the above two volumes in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group (P<0.05). The score of NIHSS in the observation group were lower than that in the control group 7 and 14 days after operation, differences being significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.56% in the observation group and 22.22% in the control group, the difference being significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Xihuang Naofu Xiaoyu Decoction combined with super- early soft channel minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can significantly reduce the intracranial hematoma and perilesional edema and promote the recovery of neurological function of patients,with lower incidence of adverse reactions.
