Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Kuntai Capsules combined with Femoston on endometrial repair after uterine curettage for missed abortion. Methods：A total of 93 patients who had undergone uterine curettage for missed abortion were selected and divided into the treatment group (48 cases) and the control group (45 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with Femoston，and the treatment group was treated with Kuntai Capsules combined Femoston. After 28 days of treatment，the clinical effects，vaginal bleeding time，menstrual return time， endometrial repair and ovarian function were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 95.83% in the treatment group and 82.22% in the control group，the difference being significant (P＜0.05). After surgery， the vaginal bleeding time and menstrual return time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group，differences being significant (P＜0.05). After 14 days of treatment，the resistance index (RI) and pulsation index (PI) values in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05)，and the peak systotic relocity (PSV) and endometrial thickness were greater than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After 28 days of treatment，the RI and PI values in both groups were decreased when compared with those had 14 days of treatment (P＜0.05)，and the PSV and endometrial thickness were augmented when compared with those had 14 days of treatment (P＜0.05)； the RI and PI values in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05)，and the PSV and endometrial thickness were greater than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment，the luteinizing hormone (LH) and progesterone (P) levels in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)， and the estradiol (E2) levels were increased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)；the LH and P levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05)，and the E2 level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Kuntai Capsules combined with Femoston has a significant therapeutic effect on patients who had undergone uterine curettage for missed abortion，which can shorten the time of vaginal bleeding， promote menstruation， and help repair endometrium and improve ovarian function.
