Exploration on Teaching Practice of Inheriting Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture in Ba Duan Jin Exercise in Traditional Chinese Medicine Colleges and Universities
Abstract: Based on the current teaching situation of Ba Duan Jin Exercise in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,in view of the common difficulties such as the disconnection between cultural inheritance and skill imparting,the ambiguity of cultural understanding and value orientation,and the lack of integration of cultural identity and physical exercise as well as medical science,this paper puts forward the strategy of traditional Chinese medicine cultural inheritance, which includes reasonably expanding teaching content,emphasizing the integration of physical exercise,medical science and health care,and constructing scientific curriculum system. This gives full play to the role of Ba Duan Jin Exercise as a carrier of traditional Chinese medicine culture,and provides a useful reference for the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine culture in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.
