Abstract: Objective: To explore the medication rules of Chinese medicine for treating infantile malnutrition in the real world with the Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform. Methods: Medical record data from the Outpatient Department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to October 2021 were collected to analyze the medication rules of Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile malnutrition with statistics, association rules, complex network analysis and other data mining methods. Results:A total of 216 medical records and 216 prescriptions were included, involving 193 kinds of Chinese medicinals. The main clinical syndrome types of infantile malnutrition were the liver hyperactivity and spleen deficiency syndrome, the spleen deficiency leading to damp encumbrance syndrome, the deficiency- excess complex syndrome, and the dual deficiency of the spleen- lung syndrome. In the Chinese medicine treatment for infantile malnutrition, Chinese medicinals with highfrequency usage were Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Poria, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Mangifera Indica Kernels, etc. The nature of the Chinese medicinals was mainly balanced and warm; the main flavors were sweet, bitter, acrid, and sour;the main meridian entries were the spleen meridian, the stomach meridian, the lung meridian, and the liver meridian. Association analysis showed that commonly used medicine combinations included Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma- Poria,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma- Poria, etc. Four combinations were found by association analysis, namely Saposhnikoviae Radix-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium-Aucklandiae Radix,Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum- Dioscoreae Rhizoma- Kaki Calyx- AmomI Fructus- Rungia pectinata- Radix Oryzae Glutinosae, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma- Poria- Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma , and Hordei Fructus Germinatus- Paeoniae Radix Alba- Mangifera Indica Kernels- Microctis Folium- Raphani Semen- Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis-Crataegi Fructus-Oryzae Fructus Germinatus. Complex network analysis showed that the core prescription included Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Poria- Paeoniae Radix Alba- Mangifera Indica Kernels- Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium- Microctis Folium- Raphani Semen- Crataegi Fructus- Oryzae Fructus Germinatus- Hordei Fructus Germinatus- AmomI Fructus- Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis-Kaki Calyx. Conclusion:The main treatment methods of Chinese medicine for infantile malnutrition are fortifying the spleen and promoting digestion and softeining the liver, which is assisted by the method of moving qi and removing dampness. In the clinical practice, syndrome differentiation and treatment is usually carried out with modified Muxiang Shunqi Powder, Sijunzi Decoction,Baohe Pills, etc.
