    目的:观察穴位埋线联合荷叶降脂汤治疗肥胖型2 型糖尿病(T2DM) 患者的临床疗效。方法:选 取110 例肥胖型T2DM 患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为A 组和B 组各55 例。A 组给予常规治疗联合荷 叶降脂汤治疗,B 组在A 组基础上加用腹部穴位埋线治疗。比较2 组治疗前后体质量指数(BMI)、肥胖 度(A)、体脂百分率(F)、血糖指标、脂代谢指标。结果:治疗前,2 组新饱食分子蛋白-1(nesfatin-1) 及 脂肪素(apelin) 水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2 组nesfatin-1、apelin 水平均降低(P< 0.05),且B 组低于A 组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2 组BMI、A、F 水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治 疗后,2 组BMI、A、F 水平均降低(P<0.05),且B 组低于A 组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2 组胆固醇(TC)、甘 油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C) 水平比较,差异无统计学意 义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2 组TC、TG、LDL-C 水平均降低(P<0.05),且B 组低于A 组(P<0.05);HDL-C 水平均升高(P<0.05), 且B 组高于A 组(P<0.05)。治疗前, 2 组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h 血 糖(P2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c) 水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2 组FBG、 P2hBG、HbA1c 水平均降低(P<0.05),且B 组低于A 组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线与荷叶降脂汤联合治疗 可有效改善肥胖型T2DM 患者肥胖症状,调节机体糖脂代谢,降低nesfatin-1、apelin 水平。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of catgut embedment in points combined with Heye Jiangzhi Decoction for type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in obese patients. Methods:A total of 110 cases of obese patients with T2DM were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment and Heye Jiangzhi Decoction, and the observation group was additionally treated with catgut embedment in abdominal points based on the treatment of the control group. The levels of body mass index (BMI),obesity (A),body fat percentage (F),blood glucose indexes and lipid metabolism indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of new satiety molecular protein 1 (nesfatin- 1), and adipokine (apelin) between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment,the levels of nesfatin- 1 and apelin in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05),and the two levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of BMI,A,and F between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of BMI,A,and F in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05), and the three levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low- density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- C) and high- density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of TC,TG, and LDL- C in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05), and the three levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the levels of HDL-C were increased (P<0.05),and the level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2- hour postprandial blood glucose (P2hBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the levels of FBG, P2hBG, and HbA1c in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05), and the three levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:For obese patients with T2DM,catgut embedment in points combined with Heye Jiangzhi Decoction can effectively improve the obesity symptom, regulate the glucose and lipid metabolism in the body,and reduce the levels of nesfatin-1 and apelin.
