Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Hufu copperplate scraping combined with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets on hypertension of exuberance of liver fire type. Methods ： A total of 90 patients with hypertension of exuberance of liver fire type were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of treatment， with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets treatment，and the observation group was given Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets and Hufu copperplate scraping. The systolic blood pressure (SBP)， diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment，and the clinical effect and safety were evaluated in the two groups. Results：After treatment，the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment，SBP，DBP and TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05)，and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion： Hufu copperplate scraping combined with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets has a definite therapeutic effect on hypertension of exuberance of liver fire type. It can effectively reduce blood pressure and improve clinical symptoms of patients with high safety.
