Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps complicated with infertility. Methods : A total of 108 cases of patients with endometrial polyps complicated with infertility were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery, and the observation group was treated with modified Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with hysteroscopic surgery. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores, hemoglobin (Hb) levels, pregnancy status, complications and the situation of recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the Hb levels between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the Hb levels in the two groups were increased (P<0.05),and the Hb level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P< 0.05). The pregnancy rate was 75.93% in the observation group, higher than that of 59.26% in the control group (P<0.05);the total incidence of complications was 20.73% in the control group, higher than that of 3.70% in the observation group (P<0.05);the recurrence rate was 16.67% in the control group, higher than that of 3.70% in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Modified Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with hysteroscopic surgery has a relatively good effect in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps complicated with infertility, which can effectively improve TCM syndromes, enhance pregnancy rates, and reduce the incidence of complications and the recurrence rate.
