Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xueshuantong Injection combined with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection for acute cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 52 cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups according to the stratified sampling method, with 26 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection, and the study group was treated with Xueshuantong Injection combined with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection. The clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Before and after treatment, serum inflammatory indexes [tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin- 6 (IL- 6), interleukin- 23 (IL- 23), hypersensitive C- reactive protein (hs- CRP)], cerebral hemodynamic indexes [mean blood flow (Qm), mean blood velocity (Vm), total peripheral resistance (TPR),dynamic resistance (DR)],National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores, and Barthel Index (BI) scores were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment was 88.46% in the study group, higher than that of 61.54% in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences being found the comparison of the levels of TNF- α, IL-6,IL-23,and hs-CRP in serum between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-23,and hs-CRP in serum in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05),and the above levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found the comparison of the scores of NIHSS and BI between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment,NIHSS scores were decreased (P<0.05),and BI scores were increased in both groups (P<0.05);NIHSS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P< 0.05),and BI score was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found the comparison of the levels of Qm,Vm,TPR,and DR between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of Qm and Vm were increased (P<0.05),and the levels of TPR and DR were decreased (P<0.05);the levels of Qm and Vm in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the levels of TPR and DR were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Xueshuantong Injection combined with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction, which can significantly relieve inflammatory responses and improve neurological function.
