Abstract:The stasis syndrome in andrology can be divided into three types:blood stasis, essence stasis, and stasis in chong and ren mai. In the process of qi and blood circulation, the stasis in the peripheral blood vessels is blood stasis, the stasis in the essence chamber is essence stasis, and the stasis in the pathway responsible for blood transportation and nutrient supply between the above two is stasis in chong and ren mai. All the three meridians of chong, ren, and du originate from the bao,and originate from the perineum but diverge from each other, known as the “one source and three branches”. In women, the bao is called the uterus, while in men,it is called the male bao, also known as the essence chamber. Essence chamber is the extraordinary fu organ of men, serving as the biochemical and storage place for reproductive essence, with the function of generating essence and secreting semen, serving as an important component in the kidney governing reproduction. The three types of stasis syndrome are not separated, but are interrelated and progressive. Therefore,in the differentiation and treatment of stasis syndrome in andrology, attention should be paid to precise treatment and flexible medication.
