Abstract：Based on lung-spleen-gut axis theory in traditional Chinese medicine，LIANG Baoyi thinks that the occurrence of pediatric constipation is attributed to the imbalance of the disorder of qi movement of sanjiao，namely constraint and blockage of lung qi，failure of spleen qi transportation，and intestinal bowel qi knot；treatment should focus on regulating qi mechanisms of sanjiao，disffusing the lung and directing qi downward banking up earth and healthy transportation，dissipating masses and unblocking the bowels. The oral administration of modified self-made Tiaoqi Shumi Recipe combined with daily care and comprehensive treatment has a significant effect on pediatric constipation.
