Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Buyin Yishen Prescription combined with Femoston for premature ovarian failure. Methods：A total of 168 cases of patients with premature ovarian failure were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method，with 84 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Femoston，and the study group was treated with Buyin Yishen Prescription combined with Femoston. After three courses of treatment， the clinical effects in the two groups was evaluated. The changes of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores， sex hormone indexes， ovarian reserve function and endometrial thickness were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of clinical effect was 90.48% in the observation group and 79.76% in the control group，the difference being significant (P＜0.05). After treatment， the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of TCM syndromes and the total scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)，and the above three indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment， the levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)，and E2 levels were increased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)； the levels of FSH and LH in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05)， and the level of E2 was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of INHB and AMH and the endometrial thickness in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)， and the above levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion： Buyin Yishen Prescription combined with Femoston has a definite curative effect on regulating premature ovarian failure， which can effectively relieve symptoms，improve sex hormones and ovarian reserve function，increase endometrial thickness.
