三焦理论从古至今存在诸多争议，为探究其源头，对其出处《黄帝内经》原文进行了整理。《黄帝 内经》中存在三焦合论和上中下焦分论两种三焦理论，前者仅为水液从肠入膀胱的水道，后者则在前者的基础 上又包含了营卫之气出胃的通道，三焦解剖基础当为腹腔中的膜，为“有形”之腑，后世所言“无形”之意指 三焦没有自己独立的形状而呈现其所包裹的脏腑之形。文章分析《黄帝内经》三焦理论的矛盾及产生根源，推 测了后世部位三焦说产生的渊源。后世部位三焦说是在《黄帝内经》三焦合论及上中下焦分论的基础上，将三 焦为腹膜的概念外延扩大为了胸腹膜，胸腹膜联系人体内在脏腑，其借“上焦、中焦、下焦”之名将人体内在 脏腑划分为上、中、下三部分，已非《黄帝内经》中三焦理论的本意。
Abstract： There have been many controversies about triple energizers theory since ancient times. In order to explore its source，the original text of Huang Di Nei Jing (The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic) was sorted out. There are two kinds of triple energizers theory in Huang Di Nei Jing：the combination theory of triple energizers and the division theory of upper，middle and lower energizers. The former is only the water channel from the intestine to the bladder，and the latter adds the channel of nutrient and defense qi out of the stomach based on the former. The anatomical basis of triple energizers is the membrane in the abdominal cavity，which is the ‘visible’ bowel. The ‘invisible form’ believed by the later generations means that triple energizers do not have its own independent shape but present the shape of viscera and bowels wrapped in it. This paper analyzes the contradiction and the origin of triple energizers theory in Huang Di Nei Jing，and speculates the origin of the theory of triple energizers referring to different parts in later generations. On the basis of the combination theory of triple energizers and the division theory of upper， middle and lower energizers in Huang Di Nei Jing， the theory extends the concept of triple energizers as peritoneum to the thoracic peritoneum，which is connected with the internal viscera of the human body，and divides the internal viscera into upper，middle and lower parts by the name of“upper energizer，middle energizer and lower energizer”，which is not the original intention of the triple energizers theory in Huang Di Nei Jing (The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic).
