Clinical Study on Three-Point and Five-Needling Method Combined with Pulmonary Rehabilitation Training for Cerebral Apoplexy Complicated with Pulmonary Infection
Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of three- point and five- needling method combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training on humoral immunity, surfactant protein and anti-inflammatory mediators in patients after cerebral apoplexy complicated with pulmonary infection. Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with cerebral apoplexy complicated with pulmonary infection were selected and divided into the control group and the acupuncture group according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with basic symptomatic treatment; the control group was additionally treated with pulmonary rehabilitation training, and the acupuncture group was additionally treated with three- point and five- needling method based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for two courses, with 7 days being a course. The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated; the levels of immunoglobulin A (IgA), immunoglobulin G (IgG), C3 complement, C4 complement, pulmonary surfactant protein D (SP- D), interleukin- 4 (IL- 4), and interleukin- 10 (IL- 10) were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. The clinical symptoms and signs in the two groups were observed before and after treatment . Results:The total effective rate was 96.67% in the acupuncture group, higher than that of 86.67% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P< 0.05),and the scores of symptoms and signs in the acupuncture group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IgA,IgG,C3,and C4 in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of IgA, IgG, C3, and C4 in the acupuncture group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in serum in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment, and the levels of SP-D were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05);the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in serum in the acupuncture group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of SP-D was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the acupuncture group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of three- point and five- needling method combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training for patients with cerebral apoplexy complicated with pulmonary infection can improve the curative effect, enhance the humoral immune function of the body, decrease the expression of pulmonary surfactant protein, reduce the inflammatory response of the body, and improve the hypoxia.
