Abstract： This article is summarizes Professor XIONG Guoliang's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of pelvic floor dysfunction， as well as the characteristics of prescription and medication. Professor XIONG holds pelvic floor dysfunction is closely related to the spleen，kidney and liver. Based on the sinking of center qi syndrome type，he takes Buzhong Yiqi Decoction as the foundation，combines it with the constitution characteristics of the population in Lingnan area，and uses the treatment methods of fortifying the spleen and boosting qi， soothing the liver and rectifying qi， and clearing heat and draining dampness.
