Abstract： The article is to summarize and introduce Professor YUAN Qing's clinical experience in treating male sexual dysfunction from the brain and kidney by using mind- adjusting needling method. Professor YUAN believes that the basic pathogenesis of male sexual dysfunction is kidney-essence depletion—brain marrow damage—original spirit dystrophy. The therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion is to regulate the spirit and replenish the kidney，which pays attention to the harmony of yin and yang； within the treatment，points are selected from the abdomen，including four-shen points，mental tri- points，spirit stabilizing points， yin tri-points， Qihai point (RN 6) and Taichong point (LV 3)，and from the back，including brain tri-points， Mingmen point (DU 4)， Shenshu point (BL 23)， Zhishi point (BL 52)， eight-liao points and Changqiang point (DU 1). Professor YUAN also proposes a new idea of treating both the husband and the wife.
