Abstract： Jin Gui Yao Lve (Essentials from the Golden Cabinet) has its own characteristics in the diagnosis and treatment of stomach pain. It pays attention to the pathogenesis of deficiency cold of the spleen and stomach，taking into account phlegm and fluid，qi stagnation，pathogenic wind，congealness and blood stasis. The treatment takes pungent-warm dispelling cold and sweet-warm strengthening the spleen as the major methods，which can be summarized into 6 types of syndrome treatment，and the use of medication is good at Ramulus Cinnamomi for relieving pain. By studying the method of diagnosis and treatment of stomachache in Jin Gui Yao Lve ，the effect of diagnosis and treatment of stomachache can be improved.
