Abstract：The various schools of Chinese medicine are clinical basis in the basic curricula of Chinese medicine， which are of great significance in cultivating students' thinking patterns and improving their abilities in Chinese medicine. On the basis of the “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao University Alliance of Basic Curricula of Chinese Medicine”，the curricula teaching team has updated the concepts of education and teaching，integrated the course contents into a system，and explored and constructed a complete， comprehensive，diversified，multi-level，and progressive 3×3 teaching mode in basic curricula of Chinese medicine. This paper introduces the 3×3 teaching mode from the current situation of education，curriculum construction， connotation of the new mode， and implementation plans， with the aim of providing reference for other basic courses of Chinese medicine.
