Abstract:This paper introduces the clinical experience of Chief Physician WANG Lili using the unique positioning method of five lines,three regions and twelve points in the treatment of non-specific low back pain. WANG Lili holds that non-specific low back pain is often accompanied by symptoms such as radiating pain and limited mobility in the buttocks or lower limbs in addition to lower back symptom; from the perspective of the meridian route, non- specific low back pain is most closely related to the du mai, shaoyang channel, and taiyang channel sinews. The application of five lines, three regions and twelve points positioning method for treatment is effective, it has the following characteristics: the first is the distribution and positioning of points,utilizing modern anatomical knowledge to assist in point positioning, improving the positioning method of points, and making positioning faster and more accurate, with stronger patient needling sensation and better curative effect;the second is to use anatomical or skeletal markers on the body surface as the key,and combine them with the proportional bone measurement to compare and locate adjacent points by the division of channels and regions;third,the positioning method of five lines, three regions and twelve points based on the differentiation of diseases, syndromes and regions is more accurate, simple and easy to learn, which is conducive to improve the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion,and is convenient for further standardized promotion and application.
