Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical feasibility of Diannvjin Pills in the treatment of premature ovarian failure and related ovarian diseases by data mining method. Methods: Literature databases such as CNKI and Wanfang were searched to collect and collate literature materials of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) prescriptions with clinical data to support the treatment of premature ovarian failure and related diseases. The frequency,property and flavor,meridian tropism,efficacy classification and association rule Apriori were analyzed for the TCM prescriptions in the literature. The characteristics and rules of the prescription used in the treatment of premature ovarian failure and related diseases were analyzed,and the prescription characteristics were compared with those of Diannvjin Pills. Results: The prescription characteristics and rules of Diannvjin Pills are basically consistent with those of the literature on the treatment of premature ovarian function failure and related diseases. Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata and Angelicae Sinensis Radix,which were used most frequently in the literature,were the chief medicinals of Diannvjin Pills,and the proportion of the classification property,flavor,meridian tropism and the efficacy of the prescription herbs was similar to those of Diannvjin Pills. Apriori analysis showed that, the compatibility of DiannvJin Pills was similar to that of the prescriptions in the literature. Conclusion: Diannvjin Pills has certain clinical feasibility in the treatment of premature ovarian failure and related ovarian diseases.
