Abstract:Objective:To summarize the clinical point selection rules of acupuncture in the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome, and to provide reference for clinical acupoint selection. Methods: By searching Wanfang database, CNKI, VIP database and PubMed database, clinical literature on acupuncture for treatment of Sjogren's syndrome from 2000 to 2022 was collected, and frequency analysis was conducted by Microsoft Excel 2010. SPSS Model 18.0 and SPSS Statistics24.0 were used for complex network, association rules and cluster analysis. Results: A total of 48 literature were included after screening, including 58 sets of acupuncture prescriptions, covering 104 acupoints. The total frequency of points used was 486 times, among which the top three points were Sanyinjiao (SP6) (6.58% ), Lianquan (RN23) (5.76%),Taixi (KI3) (4.94%). There were 14 high frequency points involving frequencies ≥10 times, with a total frequency of 243 times, accounting for 50% of the total frequency. The top three combinations of points used were Sanyinjiao (SP6)-Taixi (KI3),Lianquan (RN23)-Sanyinjiao (SP6),Lianquan (RN23)-Taixi (KI3). There were 19 sets of point combinations with frequency≥10. The selection of points involved 14 meridians and extra nerve points,of which the top three were used in order, bladder meridian of foottaiyang (17.90% ), stomach meridian of foot- yangming (15.23% ), ren meridian and spleen meridian of foot- taiyin (the two parallel, 11.32% ). Through the analysis of data association rules, the main combination of acupuncture treatment of Sjogren's syndrome was Sanyinjiao (SP6)-Taichong (LR3)-Taixi (KI3). Five acupuncture point prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis of pedigree diagram. Conclusion:Acupuncture has considerable clinical effect on Sjogren's syndrome. The main points are those that nourish yin and clear heat, promote fluid and moisten dryness, and the acupoints on yang meridian are more common, which reflects the academic thought of "treating yang at yin disease" in traditional Chinese medicine.
