Abstract： This paper clarified the inheritance relationship between Huang Di Nei Jing (The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic) and Shang Han Za Bing Lun (Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases)，analyzed the influence of vertigo treatment thoughts in Huang Di Nei Jing on ZHANG Zhongjing， sorted out and summarized the contents about dizziness syndrome in Huang Di Nei Jing and Shang Han Za Bing Lun， and explored ZHANG Zhongjing's treatment rule of dizziness syndrome from the aspects including external pathogen causing dizziness， phlegm rheum causing dizziness and deficiency causing dizziness，in order to provide references for clinical differentiation and treatment of dizziness syndrome.
