Abstract：This paper introduces the clinical experience of Director ZHAO Hongli，a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner，in treating recurrent miscarriage. Director ZHAO Hongli focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent miscarriage from the perspectives of spleen and kidney deficiency， disturbance of dai mai，discordance of yin and yang，and static blood obstructing the uterus. The treatment emphasizes the phased treatment before and after pregnancy. Before pregnancy， he pays attention to tonifying the spleen and kidney， cultivating the root， promoting the circulation of dai mai， consolidating fetal vitality， regulating yin and yang，and aiding in pregnancy. After pregnancy，he prioritizes the spleen and kidneys， removes blood stasis and stops bleeding，nourishes blood and promotes blood circulation，regulates qi and ensures safe pregnancy.
