养血清脑丸联合倍他司汀对偏头痛患者脑血流速度、血清对氧磷酶-1 水平的影响

    目的:观察养血清脑丸联合倍他司汀对偏头痛患者脑血流速度以及血清对氧磷酶-1(PON-1) 水 平的影响。方法:选取80例偏头痛患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组各40例。对照组给予倍他司汀 治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予养血清脑丸治疗。2组均治疗4个疗程。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前 后临床症状情况、中医证候积分、脑血流动力学指标值[大脑前动脉(ACA)、基底动脉(BA)、大脑后动 脉(PCA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)]、血清因子[PON-1、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、降钙素基因相关 肽(CGRP)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)] 水平的变化。结果:研究组临床疗效总有效率为97.50%,对照 组为80.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组疼痛持续时间、头痛发作频率及疼痛程 度均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),研究组疼痛持续时间、头痛发作频率及疼痛程度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治 疗后,2组目赤、心烦易怒、口苦、眩晕中医证候评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),研究组上述4项中医证候 评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2 组ACA、BA、PCA、MCA 脑血流动力学指标值均较治疗前下 降(P<0.05),研究组上述4项指标值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组ox-LDL、CGRP、BDNF水平均 较治疗前下降(P<0.05),PON-1水平均较治疗前上升(P<0.05);研究组ox-LDL、CGRP、BDNF水平均低 于对照组(P<0.05),PON-1水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养血清脑丸联合倍他司汀治疗偏头痛能缓解 偏头痛患者临床症状,改善脑血流速度,提高血清PON-1水平。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of Yangxue Qingnao Pills combined with Betahistine on cerebral blood flow velocity and serum paraoxonase-1 (PON-1) levels in migraine patients. Methods: A total of 80 cases of migraine patients were selected as the study subjects and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Betahistine, and the study group was additionally treated with Yangxue Qingnao Pills based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for four courses. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups. The changes in clinical symptom improvement, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores,cerebral hemodynamic index values [anterior cerebral artery (ACA),basilar artery (BA),posterior cerebral artery (PCA),and middle cerebral artery (MCA)],levels of serum factors [PON-1, oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)] were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:The total clinical effective rate was 97.50% in the study group and 80.00% in the control group,the difference being significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the duration of pain,and the frequency and degree of headache attacks in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the duration of pain,and the frequency and degree of headache attacks in the study group were shorter and lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, TCM syndrome scores of red eyes, vexation and irascibility, bitter taste in the mouth, and vertigo in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the above four TCM syndrome scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, cerebral hemodynamic index values of ACA,BA,PCA,and MCA in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the above four indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of ox-LDL,CGRP,and BDNF in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the levels of PON-1 were increased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05); the levels of ox-LDL, CGRP, and BDNF in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and level of PON-1 in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yangxue Qingnao Pills combined with Betahistine for migraine patients can relieve their clinical symptoms,improve cerebral blood flow velocity,and enhance serum PON-1 levels.
