Abstract： In view of the features of today's six major types of new and high-risk diseases， TONG Xiaolin pioneers the concept of "19 New Pathological Mechanisms"，creating a new perspective of diagnosis and treatment of diseases with Chinese medicine. The psychogenic disease accompanied by the acceleration of social rhythm is a kind of psychological disease with increasing incidence caused by the fast pace and pressure of modern society. It is multiple， occult， high-risk and commonly seen in the youth， the distinct underlying trend of our times， and belongs to the category of emotional diseases in Chinese medicine. After systematically sorting out the effects of social environmental factors on psychogenic diseases in ancient and modern literature，the author put forward the pathogenesis of being easy to suffer depression， reverse and deficiency with medical cases as the samples， which are also the three main states of the body combined with the new discussion that "the insomnia and restless with anxiety， and boring and repression are mental disorders"， and "being dispirited and depressive， and easy to suffer disease caused by external factors and tiredness belong to latrogenic disorders" in "19 New Pathological Mechanisms".
