Abstract:Objective:To study the Acupoint selection rules of using acupuncture to treat post-stroke sleep disorders based on data mining. Methods: The clinical research literature on acupuncture for poststroke sleep disorders included in the databases including CNKI, Wangfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, Web of science,Embase and Cochrane Library from the database establishment day to July 20,2023 were retrieved. Excel 2019 was used to summarize the literature name, author information, sample size of clinical research, syndrome differentiation, Acuppoint selection, Acuppoint channel entry, Acuppoint location, effective rate and other informations of the treatment group and the control group. IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0, Origin 2021 and IBM SPSS Modeler18.0 software were used for cluster analysis and association rule analysis of point selection. Results: A total of 255 literature were included, involving 255 acupuncture prescriptions and 140 Acupoints used. A total of 26 high-frequency Acupoints were obtained by frequency analysis, and the top 10 were Baihui point (DU20), Shenmen point (HT7), Sanyinjiao point (SP6), Sishencong point (EX-HN1), Neiguan point (PC6), Anmian point (EX-HN18), Shentang point (BL44),Yintang point (EX-HN3),Shenmai point (BL62) and Zusanli point (ST36), mainly distributed in the head and neck as well as lower limbs. In terms of channel entry,it was mainly governor vessel, and the specific points were mainly original points. The high-frequency points were roughly divided into five categories by cluster analysis. The results of association rule analysis showed that the core point groups were Shenmai point-Zhaohai point-Anmian point, and Shenmen point-Baihui point, which had the strongest correlation. Conclusion:In using acupuncture to treat post-stroke sleep disorders,Acupoint selection is mainly focused on Acupoints of governor vessel and the head and neck. The core Acupoint groups are Shenmai point-Zhaohai point-Anmian point, and Shenmen point-Baihui point, suggesting that acupuncture can treat post-stroke sleep disorders from yin-yang and qi-blood.
