Abstract： Objective： To observe the nursing effect of the therapy of acupoint application with Shuangwu Powder combined with oxygenotherapy on patients after receiving surgery of perianal diseases. Methods：A total of 106 cases of patients receiving surgery of perianal diseases were selected and divided into the routine group and the combination group according to the random number table method ， with 53 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine nursing after anorectal surgery， and the combination group was additionally treated with acupoint application combined with oxygenotherapy based on the treatment of the routine group. The pain degree，wound area，healing time of wound，incidence of complications and satisfaction degree of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results：On the third， fifth， seventh and ninth days after surgery， the score of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) in the combination group was lower than that at the same time in the routine group，differences being significant (P＜0.05). On the fifth， seventh and ninth days after surgery， the wound area in the combination group was less than that at the same time in the routine group， differences being significant (P＜0.05). The healing time of wound in the combination group was shorter than that in the routine group，the difference being significant (P＜0.05). The incidence of complications after surgery was 15.09% in the combination group， lower than that of 41.51% in the routine group， the difference being significant (P＜0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing was 94.34% in the combination group， higher than that of 79.25% in the routine group， the difference being significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of acupoint application with Shuangwu Powder combined with oxygenotherapy has a significant clinical effect on patients after receiving surgery of perianal diseases， which can effectively mitigate the pain degree of patients after surgery， promote the wound healing and decrease the postoperative complications and enhance the satisfaction degree of nursing.
