Abstract： This paper introduces Professor CUI Yun's clinical experience in treating androgenic inflammation with surgical dispersion method. Professor CUI believes that androgenic inflammation should be clinically differentiated between acute and chronic symptoms. In terms of treatment methods， dispersion is the main method throughout the treatment of androgenic inflammation. Patients of damp-heat accumulation type，binding constraint of liver qi type or qi stagnation and blood stasis type should be applied with dispersion method； patients of spleen-kidney depletion type， kidney yin deficiency type or kidney yang deficiency type should be applied with dispersion and supplement methods.
