Abstract：This paper introduces Professor LUO Luyi's clinical experience in treating pulmonary diseases by inspecting the forehead. Professor LUO Luyi believes that the forehead can reflect whether the pulmonary is full of qi and blood，and even reflect the changes of the body's qi，blood，yin and yang. The healthy forehead appears full and rosy. Inspecting the forehead can be roughly divided into inspecting the shape of the forehead and inspecting the color of the forehead. In clinical practice， to inspect both the shape and the color of the forehead to make a comprehensive judgment，which can predict the development trend of the disease if the shape and the color of the forehead are compared repeatedly.
