Abstract：This paper discusses the application of the differentiation and treatment ideas on brain tumor in Yi Lin Gai Cuo (Correction of Errors in Medical Works). In this paper，the relationship between physiology and pathology of brain tumor and zang-fu organs is clarified， so as to discuss the zang-fu differentiation and treatment according to the characteristics of different syndrome types. What's more，the influence of qi and blood injury on the disease process of brain tumor is focused，and the regulation of qi-blood balance is emphasized. In addition，the characteristics of brain tumor is grasped，the differentiation and treatment of blood stasis pathogenesis is made good use of，and the methods of boosting qi and invigorating blood is flexibly used.
