Analysis on Application of Wushen Decoction for Fever After Surgery of Lung Cancer Based on Dual Deficiency of Qi and Yin Complicated with Blood Stasis
Abstract:The fever after surgery of lung cancer can be infectious or non-infectious. The former is that the heat accumulation is formed under the pathological states of qi deficiency, yin deficiency and obstruction of blood stasis;the latter is usually caused by the intraoperative infection or heat transformed by external contraction of wind and cold entering the interior. The basic pathogenesis can be summed up in dual deficiency of qi and yin complicated with blood stasis. Wushen Decoction can boost qi and nourish yin, and clear heat and resolve toxins, which is for patients with depletion of healthy qi and external contraction of pathogenic toxin and fits the pathogenesis of fever after surgery of lung cancer.
