    摘要:

    中医运动养生作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,蕴含着丰富的中医养生思想及运动养生方 法,对促进学生身心健康、推进中医药文化传承创新发展具有重要意义。本文基于高等中医药院校体育教学中 普遍忽视中医药文化传承、缺乏对健康知识的有效引导以及难以满足学生个性化运动需求等问题的基础上,对 中医运动养生文化融入高等中医药院校体育教学的实践意义进行探析,并结合具体案例,提出中医运动养生融 入高等中医药院校体育教学的具体策略,以期为高等中医药院校体育教学改革提供有益的参考和借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:As an important part of excellent traditional Chinese culture,exercise for health preservation of Chinese medicine implies rich concept of health preservation in Chinese medicine and methods of exercise for health promotion, which is of great significance to promote students' physical and mental health and promote the inheritance, innovation and development of Chinese medicine culture. This paper analyzes the practical significance of integration of exercise for health preservation of Chinese medicine into the physical education practice of Chinese medicine colleges and universities based on the general neglect of the inheritance of Chinese medicine culture,the lack of effective guidance of health knowledge and the difficulty in meeting the needs of students for personalized sports in the physical education practice of Chinese medicine colleges and universities. It also puts forward the specific strategies of how to integrate exercise for health preservation of Chinese medicine into the physical education practice of Chinese medicine colleges and universities according to specific cases so as to provide reference for the reform of physical education practice in Chinese medicine colleges and universities.
