Objective: Based on data mining and network pharmacology, the medication rules and effective mechanism of Chinese medicinals for invigorating blood and dissolving stasis in treating Kawasaki disease were studied, so as to provide further basis for using blood-invigorating and stasis-dissolving method to treat Kawasaki disease. Methods:Literatures on using Chinese medicinals for invigorating blood and dissolving stasis to treat Kawasaki disease were searched from eight databases in Chinese and English. The literatures were sorted out and analyzed for frequency, four qi and five flavors, and the medication rules were further explored by SPSS and R studio. The obtained core combinations were analyzed by network pharmacology and verified by molecular docking. Results: A total of 48 pieces of effective prescriptions involving Chinese medicinals for invigorating blood and dissolving stasis for treating Kawasaki disease were screened out, including 96 kinds of Chinese medicinals. The most frequently used ones were Rehmanniae Radix,Forsythiae Fructus,Paeoniae Radix Rubra, and Gypsum Fibrosum. Among them, the medicinal flavors were mainly sweet and bitter;the channel entries were mainly the lung and liver channels. Compatibility analysis and cluster analysis showed that Scrophulariae Radix, Rehmanniae Radix, Fructus Forsythiae, Lophatheri Herba, Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Moutan Cortex were the core medicinal combinations in using Chinese medicinals for invigorating blood and dissolving stasis to treat Kawasaki disease. Network pharmacology results showed that the key targets of the core medicinal combinations included TNF, AKT1, IL-6,TP53,MAPK14,etc.,which involved major pathways including fluid shear stress and arteriosclerosis and lipid and atherosclerosis. The results of molecular docking showed that the active components of the core combinations could combine well with the key targets. Conclusion:In using Chinese medicinals for invigorating blood and dissolving stasis to treat Kawasaki disease, the main highfrequency Chinese medicinals are Rehmanniae Radix, Paeoniae Rubra Radix, Bubali Cornu and Scrophulariae Radix;the core Chinese medicinals are Scrophulariae Radix,Rehmanniae Radix,Forsythiae Fructus, Lophatheri Herba, Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Moutan Cortex, involving multiple targets and multiple pathways.
