Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) with kidney deficiency and blood stasis complicated with qi deficiency syndrome. Methods： A total of 108 cases of RSA re-pregnant patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis complicated with qi deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Dydrogesterone Tablets and Vitamin E Soft Capsules， and the observation group was additionally treated with Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores， hemorheology indexes， prothrombotic state indexes [antithrombin Ⅲ (AT- Ⅲ)， D-dimer (D-D)， fibrinogen (Fib)] and inflammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF- α)， γ -interferon (IFN- γ)， interleukin-10 (IL-10)] before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Pregnancy outcomes were recorded. Results： After treatment， the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)， and the TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of whole blood reduction viscosity at high shear rate，whole blood reduction viscosity at low shear rate，and plasma viscosity in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)， and the above three levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment， the levels of D-D and Fib in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)， and AT- Ⅲ levels were increased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05). The levels of D-D and Fib in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05)， and the level of AT- Ⅲ was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment， the levels of TNF- α and IFN- γ in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)，and the levels of IL-10 were increased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05). The levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05)，and the level of IL-10 was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment， the pregnancy success rate was 90.74% in the observation group and 70.37% in the control group，the difference between the two groups being significant (P＜0.05). All the newborns in the two groups survived. Conclusion： Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Decoction for RSA patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis complicated with qi deficiency syndrome can improve clinical symptoms， prothrombotic state，hemorheology indexes and inflammatory factors，and increase the success rate of pregnancy.
