Abstract： Based on the original text of ancient books， reasoning is carried out from the aspects of anatomy，physiology，pathology，analogy，and clinical practice to clarify the occurrence，development， and evolution process of “the lung links with all the vessels”，revealing that the theoretical occurrence of “the lung links with all the vessels” is based on certain anatomical understanding， combined with observation of physiological and pathological phenomena， and further developed through analogy. This provides a basis for the theoretical occurrence， development， and guidance of clinical practice of “the lung links with all the vessels”.
