Abstract： This article introduces Professor WANG Jihong's experience in treating congenital muscle torticollis (CMT) with Tongyuan Tuina method. Professor WANG Jihong summarized the pathogenesis of CMT as the insufficiency of qi， blood， yin and yang， the malnutrition of sinews and vessels， and blood stasis obstructing the sinews and vessels. In terms of treatment， professor WANG uses the Tongyuan Tuina method to mainly regulate and tonify qi， blood， yin and yang， supplemented by invigorating blood and dissolving stasis，relaxing the sinews and unblocking the collaterals，and treating muscles and bones together，which can help achieve good therapeutic effects in clinical practice.
