    目的:基于国家知识产权局专利检索及分析平台,通过数据挖掘技术分析中药复方治疗眩晕的用 药规律。方法:收集国家知识产权局专利检索及分析平台中治疗眩晕的中药复方,使用Excel 2021软件对中药 使用情况、性、味、归经和功效进行统计,运用R语言软件进行关联规则分析和系统聚类分析,使用Cytoscape 软件构建中药复杂共现网络,借助MCODE插件进行聚类识别关键子网络。结果:共纳入中药复方57项,包 含574味中药,用药总频次4 660次,使用频数≥0次的中药共40味,其中用药频次最高的为天麻。药物的性、 味、归经和功效分析结果表明,药性以温、寒、平为主,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,多归肝、脾、心经,补虚药 使用最频繁。关联规则分析结果显示,提升度排在前4位的角药组合为甘草-半夏-陈皮、茯苓-半夏-陈皮、白 术-半夏-陈皮、天麻-陈皮-半夏。聚类分析得到5个药物组合,分别是白术-茯苓-泽泻-陈皮-半夏-甘草、钩 藤-天麻、石菖蒲-丹参-葛根-川芎、党参-黄芪-当归、牛膝-牡蛎-柴胡-生地黄-菊花-白芍-枸杞子-夏枯草- 熟地黄-山茱萸。共现网络分析结果显示,天麻、甘草、茯苓、白术、川芎和半夏为连接度较高的核心药物。 非高频用药聚类识别关键子网络分析得出9个关联强度较高的药物组合。结论:治疗眩晕应以补益脾肾、平肝 息风、利湿活血为重要治则,重视天麻、甘草、茯苓、白术、半夏等关键中药的配伍。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:Objective:To analyze the medication rules of Chinese herbal compounds for treating vertigo by data mining techniques based on the patent search and analysis platform of the China National Intellectual Property Administration. Methods: Chinese herbal compounds for treating vertigo were collected from the patent search and analysis platform of the China National Intellectual Property Administration.The usage,natures and flavors,meridian entries,and efficacy of the Chinese medicinals were statistically analyzed using Excel 2021.Association rule analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis were performed using R software. A complex co-occurrence network of Chinese medicinals was constructed using Cytoscape software, and key subnetworks were identified with the MCODE plugin. Results:A total of 57 Chinese herbal compounds were included,comprising 574 different Chinese medicinals with a total usage frequency of 4 660 times.Among these,40 Chinese medicinals had a usage frequency of 0 times or more, with Gastrodiae Rhizoma being the most frequently used. Analysis of the natures, flavors, meridian entries, and efficacy of the Chinese medicinals showed that warm, cold and neutral properties were predominant, with sweet, bitter,and acrid flavors being the most common.The Chinese medicinals mainly targeted the liver,spleen,and heart meridians, with deficiency-supplementing herbs being the most frequently used. Association rule analysis revealed that the top four triplet medicinals with the highest lift were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Pinelliae Rhizoma-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Poria-Pinelliae Rhizoma-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Pinelliae Rhizoma-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, and Gastrodiae Rhizoma-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium- Pinelliae Rhizoma. Five drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis, namely Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Poria-Alismatis Rhizoma-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium-Pinelliae Rhizoma-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis-Gastrodiae Rhizoma, Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Puerariae Lobatae Radix-Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Codonopsis Radix-Astragali Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix, and Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix-Ostreae Concha-Bupleuri Radix-Rehmanniae Radix-Chrysanthemi Flos- Paeoniae Radix Alba-Lycii Fructus-Prunellae Spica-Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata-Corni Fructus.The co-occurrence network analysis indicated that Gastrodiae Rhizoma, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Poria, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, and Pinelliae Rhizoma were the core herbs with high connectivity. The key subnetwork analysis of non-high-frequency herbs identified nine herb combinations with strong association strength.Conclusion:The treatment of vertigo should focus on tonifying the spleen and kidney,calming the liver and extinguishing wind,and draining dampness and invigorating blood.Emphasis should be placed on the compatibility of key Chinese herbs such as Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Poria,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,and Pinelliae Rhizoma.
