Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the combination use of Danggui Chuanxiong Decoction and oxytocin on postpartum subinvolution of uterus with blood stasis syndrome. Methods： A total of 76 patients with postpartum subinvolution of uterus with blood stasis syndrome after cesarean section treated at Tianshui and Wulin Street Community Health Service Center of Gongshu District of Hangzhou from March 2021 to March 202 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，with 8 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oxytocin， and the observation group was additionally treated with Danggui Chuanxiong Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. The sum of three diameters of the uterus， the scores of symptom of blood stasis syndrome， the related indexes of coagulation function and the amount of lochia were compared before and after treatment， and the clinical effects， duration of lochia and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results：After treatment，the total effective rate was 94.74% （6/ 8） in the observation group，higher than that of 7.68%（ 28/8） in the control group（ P＜0.05）. After treatment，the sum of of three diameters of the uterus，scores of symptom of blood stasis syndrome and levels of serum fibrinogen （FIB） in the two groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment （P＜0.05）， the amount of lochia was dwindled （P＜0.05），and thrombin time （TT） was prolonged （P＜0.05）；the sum of three diameters of the uterus， score of symptom of blood stasis syndrome and serum FIB level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P＜0.05）， the amount of lochia was less than that in the control group （P＜0.05）， and the TT was longer than that in the control group （P＜0.05）. There was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of prothrombin time （PT） and activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT） between the two groups before and after treatment （P＞0.05）. The duration of lochia in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group （P＜ 0.05）. No adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion： The therapy of Danggui Chuanxiong Decoction combined with oxytocin has a significant clinical effect on postpartum subinvolution of uterus with blood stasis syndrome， which can shorten the duration of lochia and improve the coagulation function with great safety.
