Abstract： Objective： To observe the curative effect of the combination use of Fuke Qianjin Tablets and Azithromycin on acute pelvic inflammatory disease and its effect on uterine hemodynamics and immunology indexes. Methods： A total of 70 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Yongkang No.2 People Hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected and divided into the trial group and the control group according to the random number table method，with 5 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Azithromycin，and the trial group was additionally treated with Fuke Qianjin Tablets based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions，and the changes of scores of McCormack Scale，inflammatory mass， pelvic effusion， uterine hemodynamics indexes [resistance index （RI）， pulsatility index （PI） and mean blood flow velocity （Vmin）] and immunology indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 94.29%（/5） in the trial group and 77.14%（27/5） in the control group，the difference being significant （P＜0.05）. After treatment，the scores of McCormack Scale，inflammatory mass and pelvic effusion in the two groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment （P＜0.05），and the score of McCormack scale， inflammatory mass and pelvic effusion in the trial group were less than those in the control group （P＜0.05）. After treatment， the values of RI and PI in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment （P＜0.05），and the Vmin values were elevated when compared with those before treatment （P＜0.05）；the values of RI and PI in the trial group were lower than those in the control group （P＜0.05），and the Vmin value was higher than that in the control group （P＜0.05）. After treatment，the CD4+ levels and CD4+/CD8+ ratio in the two groups were up-regulated when compared with those before treatment （P＜0.05）， and the CD8+ levels were down-regulated when compared with those before treatment （P＜0.05）； the CD4+ level and CD4+/CD8+ ratio in the trial group were higher than those in the control group， and the CD8+ level was lower than that in the control group （P＜0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.71%（2/5） in the trial group and 8.57%（/5） in the control group，there being no significance in the difference （P＞0.05）. Conclusion：The combination use of Fuke Qianjin Tablets and Azithromycin has a great curative effect on acute pelvic inflammatory disease， which can improve the urine hemodynamics indexes and the immune function with great safety.
