Abstract：Objective：To explore the medication rules of LIU Xiaobin，a famous Chinese medicine physician in Guangdong province， in treating wilting syndrome based on data mining technology. Methods： The database of LIU Xiaobin in treating wilting syndrome in clinic was established by using the Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform （V2.2.2）， and the data were normalized. The use frequency， four properties and five flavors， meridian entries of Chinese medicinals and the core prescriptions were analyzed， and the clinical experience was summarized. Results： A total of 74 Chinese medicinals were screened out from 538 prescriptions. The top 10 Chinese medicinals ranked in the use frequency were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma， Codonopsis Radix， Astragali Radix， Fici Simplicissimae Radix， Atractylodes Macrocephalae Rhizoma， Corni Fructus， Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae， Cimicifugae Rhizoma，Bupleuri Radix and Angelicae Sinensis Radix. The above Chinese medicinals are mainly warm and neutral in nature， and sweet， pungent and bitter in flavor， and their meridian entries mostly belonged to the splleen，lungs，liver，kidney and stomach. The core prescription was sorted according to the average dose：Astragali Radix 50.54 g，Fici Simplicissimae Radix 50.18 g，Codonopsis Radix 25.84 g，Corni Fructus 13.47 g，Atractylodes Macrocephalae Rhizoma 13.43 g， Cimicifugae Rhizoma 8.68 g， Bupleuri Radix 8.68 g， Angelicae Sinensis Radix 8.65 g，Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma 5.06 g and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae 5.00 g. Conclusion：LIU Xiaobin's thoughts in treating wilting syndrome is mainly based on DENG Tietao，whose main pathogenesis is “spleen-stomach deficiency and depletion， correlation between five viscera”， critical pathogenesis is “Deficiency of the spleen， stomach and kidney”， basic treatment principle is to bear upward yang and constraint qi， boost qi and fortify the spleen，and tonify the kidney and fill essence by using modified Qiangji Jianli Decoction combined with Corni Fructus as the basic prescription.
