Abstract：This paper introduces Professor XUE Yitao's clinical experience in treating dilated cardiomyopathy with Yiqi Wenyang Qiangxin Method. Professor XUE Yitao believes that the main disease location of dilated cardiomyopathy is in the heart， and the basic pathogenesis is the deficiency and depletion of yang qi， and blood stasis and water retention. In the treatment，it is suggested that the main treatment is to boost qi，warm yang and strengthen the heart， and to invigorate blood and promote urination. Bearing in mind the thoughts of treating both healthy qi and pathogenic factors and carefully regulating yin and yang，clinical practice pays equal attention to Chinese medicine and western medicine，and uses Chinese herbal decoction and extract prescriptions.
