Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Renshen Lingzhi Yujiao Liquid for anorexia related with tumor. Methods：A total of 45 patients with anorexia related with tumor who received chemotherapy or chemotherapy combined with targeted therapy at Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the Chinese medicine group， the western medicine group， and the control group，with 15 patients in each group according to random number table method. During the treatment process，five cases were dropped from the western medicine group，ultimately with 15 cases in the Chinese medicine group and 15 cases in the control group, and 10 cases in the western medicine group. The Chinese medicine group was orallytreated with Renshen Lingzhi Yujiao Liquid, and the western medicine group was treated with oral administration olMedroxyprogesterone Acetate Dispersible Tablets. The control group did not receive any intervention measures. All threegroups were treated for six weeks. 0bserved the occurenee of adverse reaclions in three groups and compared thechanges in Visual Analogue Seale (VAS)of appetite, Edmonton Symptom Assessment Seale (ESAS) scores.hemoglobin, white blood cells, platelets and other laboratory test indicators before and after treatment in the threegroups.Results : There was significant difference in the comparison of the VAS scores of appelite aller six weeks of trealmentand belfore trealment in the Chinese medieine group ( P< 0.05 ). while no statistically signiicant dilferenees were presentedin the comparison of the VAS seores of appetite belore treatment and alter six weeks of treatment among the three groups( P> 0.05 ) . There was no significant diference in the intra group and inter group comparisons of ESAS scores(P >0.05 );however , the diflerence in hemoglobin and white blood cell levels before and alter treatment showed significance whencompared among the three groups ( p < 0.05 ). After six weeks of treatment, the differenee between the hemoglobinlevel of the Chinese medicine group was higher than the westem medicine group (p < 0.05), and the dilference between thecontrol group was higher than that of the western medicine group(p< 0.05); the diference between white blood cell levelof the Chinese medicine group was higher than the conlrol group (p < 0.05). In terms of adverse reactions related to anti-tumor therapy , no grade3 or 4 adverse reactions occurred ( P>0.05). Conclusion : Renshen Lingzhi Yujiao Liquidcan improve symptom of anorexia related with tumor, enhanee immunity , and have the elfect of improving bone marrowsuppression
