    摘要:

    卵巢功能下降的发病机制主要与下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴失衡导致的内分泌紊乱、炎性损伤、自由基 和抗氧化系统、线粒体功能障碍、端粒及端粒酶异常、细胞凋亡和自噬等相关。中药在防治卵巢功能下降方面 有显著疗效,近年来,关于中药活性成分在缓解卵巢功能衰退方面的基础研究有一定成果。该文就近几年中药 活性成分治疗卵巢功能下降的相关研究进行综述,从调节内分泌系统、减轻炎症反应、缓解氧化应激、改善线 粒体功能、提高端粒稳态、抗细胞自噬和凋亡等方面总结中药活性成分干预卵巢功能下降的机制,可为后续开 展临床研究提供理论依据,并为开发防治卵巢功能下降的药物提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Objective: The pathogenesis of ovarian function decline is mainly related to endocrine disorders, inflammatory damage, free radicals, antioxidant systems, mitochondrial function, abnormalities in telomere and telomerase, apoptosis and autophagy caused by hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis imbalance. Chinese medicinals have a significant curative effect in the prevention and treatment of ovarian function decline. In recent years,there have been some achievements in the basic research on the active ingredients of Chinese medicinals in alleviating ovarian function decline. In this paper,the related research on the active ingredients of Chinese medicinals for ovarian function decline by in recent years is reviewed, and its mechanism is summarized from the aspects of regulating endocrine system,reducing inflammatory response,alleviating oxidative stress,and improving mitochondrial function,telomere homeostasis, anti-cell autophagy and apoptosis, which can provide a strong theoretical basis for subsequent clinical research and a reference for the development of drugs to prevent and treat ovarian function decline.
